Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in management or mentorship.

• Expertise in security protocols and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to balance technical debt management with feature development.
• Experience with OKR methodology and agile development practices preferred.
