As Software Development Manager, you will be responsible for the software development of conveyor and sortation systems, managing a team of SCADA and PLC development engineers, and ensuring the implementation of software solutions that meet stakeholder requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
8-10 years of software development experience.
Experience with PLC and HMI programming.
Knowledge of industrial communication networks.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in agile software development methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage and execute system implementations.
Experience with programming languages such as Java, .NET, Python, and JavaScript is preferred.
