Project Manager - Remote

Overview

This Project Manager role is part of the Operations department and focuses on supporting the delivery of contracted work through strong project structure, tracking, and resource coordination.

• Review contracts and internal initiatives to define projects.
• Set up contracted work in operational tracking systems.
• Partner with leadership to validate project scope and tracking.
• Maintain project documentation and timelines.
• Track personnel assignments and resource usage.
• Develop standardized project management frameworks.
• Monitor project progress and identify risks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of tools and processes.
• Coordinate internal project meetings for clarity.
• Support operational initiatives with planning and structure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with project tracking tools.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
