Overview

The Strategic Initiatives Project Manager serves as a central enterprise orchestration lead, responsible for driving the execution of ADVENT’s strategic initiatives with a strong focus on change management, cross-functional alignment, and operational discipline.

• Own end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, managing both discrete projects and complex, cross-functional programs.
• Act as a centralized coordination hub, aligning timelines, priorities, and resources across departments.
• Drive structured change management to ensure effective adoption of initiatives.
• Lead governance and execution cadence, including project reviews and status reporting.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment through meetings and workshops.
• Manage financial and operational performance of projects, including budgets and forecasts.
• Partner with finance and business leaders to analyze performance and identify risks.
• Proactively identify dependencies, risks, and constraints, driving mitigation strategies.
• Continuously improve project delivery frameworks and processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards applicable to project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; business, operations, healthcare, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in project management, operations, consulting, or strategic initiatives.
• PMP or similar certification preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive change.
• Strong ability to bring structure to ambiguity and translate complex problems.
• Experience in a high-accountability, metrics-driven environment.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting information clearly.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ownership mindset with a focus on outcomes.
