In Short

• Lead end-to-end execution of high-impact initiatives that align with business objectives.
• Develop and manage external pharmacy partnerships.
• Drive performance of external pharmacy partnerships for timely customer delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups and balance stakeholder needs.
• Communicate progress and potential blockers with stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze performance for improvement opportunities.
• Document issues and process changes for transparency.
• 8-10+ years of project management or operations experience required.
• BS/BA degree required, MBA preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to synthesize data.
