In Short

• You will oversee the prioritization and business roadmap for the Partner Portal.
• You will ensure enhancements are aligned with partner needs and strategic goals.
• You will lead coordination with Product, Engineering, Revenue Operations, and other team members to manage planning, execution, and risk mitigation across portal programs.
• You will analyze KPIs and partner behavior data to guide roadmap decisions and identify areas for improvement.
• You will lead the process and tooling optimizations while promoting a partner-first experience across all programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a similar role.
• Program management skills.
• Clarity, understanding, and execution across technical and business teams.
• A strategic mindset, using data to inform decisions, spot trends, and guide tradeoffs.
• Technical fluency and curiosity to navigate platform conversations.
• A partner-first mentality and collaborative approach.
