Overview

We're looking for a skilled IT professional with 3 to 5 years of experience who enjoys solving complex technology problems and knows when to escalate issues. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring employees have a smooth and reliable tech experience—resolving incidents, supporting requests, mentoring junior team members, and helping to continuously improve our processes.

In Short

  • Provide advanced IT support for employees onsite and remote
  • Document solutions and train peers
  • Work with various tools including Microsoft Windows and Apple OS
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Mentor Tier 1 team members
  • Install and maintain laptops and desktops
  • Improve support processes
  • Communicate effectively with end users
  • Participate in on-call rotation for complex issues
  • Ensure alignment with IT policies

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of IT support experience
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Drive
  • Ability to troubleshoot advanced technical issues
  • Experience with hardware management
  • Knowledge of local office infrastructure
  • Ability to create helpful documentation
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to improving support processes
