The Technical Support Specialist role is a 12-month residency at a leading global tech company, designed to provide hands-on experience and practical skills in technical support.

Requirements

• 12 months to 2 years of IT operations experience with MAC OS.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Mobile Device Support and MDM.
• Experience with Office 365 / Google Workplace.
• Familiarity with multi-factor authentication.
• Willing to travel locally between offices.
