Overview

As an IT Support Specialist II at DriveTime, you will provide crucial IT technical support to employees across the DriveTime family of companies, ensuring timely resolution of technical difficulties and preventing downtime.

In Short

  • Provide remote technical support for IT-related issues.
  • Manage IT service incidents and requests.
  • Communicate effectively with users of varying technical expertise.
  • Assist with the setup and configuration of IT equipment.
  • Monitor data security and compliance.
  • Conduct team training and support efforts.
  • Document issues and solutions accurately.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams for escalations.
  • Work Monday to Friday, with some Saturday shifts.
  • Participate in a hybrid work approach with on-site expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of IT Service Desk experience.
  • Strong knowledge of network management and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  • Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and Citrix environments.
  • Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Resourceful problem-solving skills.
