Overview

An IT Support Specialist role at Scan.com, where you will support Windows and Mac workstations, handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues, and provide help desk support.

In Short

Support Windows workstations and handle Tier 1 & Tier 2 issues.
Imaging workstations and installing hardware.
Ensure firmware and software are up to date.
Provide help desk support using remote diagnostic tools.
Support Windows and Mac operating systems.
Setup and configure new laptops.
Troubleshoot issues within Office 365 and other apps.
Troubleshoot internet connectivity issues.

Requirements

2-3 years in IT Helpdesk/Desktop Support.
Expertise in Windows 2011.
Knowledge of Entra ID.
Experience with Office 365 applications.
Familiarity with networking devices.
Excellent communication skills.
