  • Imaging workstations and installing hardware.
  • Ensure firmware and software are up to date.
  • Provide help desk support using remote diagnostic tools.
  • Support Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Setup and configure new laptops.
  • Troubleshoot issues within Office 365 and other apps.
  • Troubleshoot internet connectivity issues.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years in IT Helpdesk/Desktop Support.
  • Expertise in Windows 2011.
  • Knowledge of Entra ID.
  • Experience with Office 365 applications.
  • Familiarity with networking devices.
  • Excellent communication skills.
