Lead Product Manager, Integrations - Remote

Overview

As a Lead Product Manager at Scan.com, you will be responsible for owning the vision, strategy, and execution roadmap for integrations that connect healthcare providers and imaging centers, improving diagnostics accessibility.

In Short

• Define and own the multi-year connectivity vision for Scan.com.
• Drive the roadmap for EHR integrations, including HL7 and FHIR-based interfaces.
• Own the strategy for third-party API and portal integrations.
• Shape Scan.com's approach to supply-side connectivity.
• Define integration standards and onboarding playbooks.
• Partner with Engineering to triage integration failures.
• Represent the integrations function to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Deep experience in healthcare interoperability and EHR integration.
• Strong knowledge of HL7 v2 and FHIR R4.
• Ability to manage a technically complex roadmap.
• Experience with integration engine vendors.
• Track record of cross-functional influence.
• Bias for innovation in connectivity solutions.
• Prior experience in imaging or radiology is a plus.
