Integrations Product Manager - Remote

Overview

The Integrations Product Manager at Trunk Tools will lead the development of the integrations platform for construction, working closely with various teams to improve productivity for the deskless workforce.

In Short

• Lead the integrations platform development.
• Conduct discovery sessions with customers.
• Map source system data into the construction ontology.
• Manage internal and external expectations around delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with multiple departments for a smooth customer experience.
• Establish and improve SDLC processes.
• Own processes for capturing critical customer data.
• Provide feedback to optimize customer expectations and communication.
• Work with the CPO to enhance data-driven decision making.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a B2B SaaS Product Manager.
• Experience with product maturation and incubation.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience with JIRA in a SOC2 Type II environment.
• CSPO and CSM certifications desired but not required.
• Must be located in a US time zone.
