Overview

The Product Operations Manager plays a critical role within the Product organization and acts as a liaison between Product, Operations, and Customer Success, focusing on improving user flows related to integrations with payroll providers.

• Triage and troubleshoot integration issues with payroll providers.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in product operations or a related role.
• Experience resolving complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to solve customer issues and improve processes.
• Knowledge of integration technologies (APIs, SFTP) and analytical tools (SQL, Excel).
• Strong customer empathy and advocacy skills.
