In Short

• Build the right thing right, efficiently.
• Bring structure to the complex and clarity to the ambiguous in product development.
• Ensure product teams can move faster and communicate clearly.
• Guide processes and streamline tools.
• Focus on governance in the Execute phase of Product Development Lifecycle.
• Partner with Engineering and PMs to maintain Jira hygiene.
• Own and evolve tools and workflows for effective execution.
• Drive consistency in sprint tracking and reporting.
• Act as the connection point between Execution and Release Management.
• Support planning and execution of high-stakes, cross-team initiatives.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Project Manager.
• A natural organizer and systems thinker.
• A confident communicator who earns trust across teams.
• Ability to thrive at the intersection of tools, process, and people.
• Care about efficiency to enable others to do their best work.
• Willingness to advocate for better ways of working.
