Product Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Product Operations Manager at Agiloft, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the product organization to work with pace and predictability in the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch, outcome measurement, and process optimization.

In Short

• Coordinate and lead cross-functional product launch activities.
• Develop and maintain detailed launch plans and timelines.
• Manage beta programs and customer feedback.
• Provide support for product analytics tools.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% for workshops.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in PowerPoint for executive reporting.
• Experience with Jira and Azure Dev Ops.
• Experience working with distributed teams.
