Product Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Product Ops Manager at Agiloft, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the product organization to work with pace and predictability in the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, through launch, outcome measurement and process optimization.

In Short

• Coordinate and lead cross-functional product launch activities.
• Develop and maintain detailed launch plans and timelines.
• Manage beta programs and customer feedback related to new product capabilities.
• Provide support for product analytics tools to derive quantitative insights.
• Collaborate to define and document best practices in product development.
• Streamline onboarding of product managers and UX designers.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
• Experience with Agile, Lean, and Kanban methodologies.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for workshops.
• 5+ years in product management or related fields.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical subject.
• 5+ years’ experience in product management or related fields.
• Ability to motivate and develop diverse teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for executive reporting.
• Experience with product development methodologies and tools.
• Experience working with distributed teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
