As a Product Manager, Operations at Neighborly, you will define, design, and drive the development of the Neighborly Call Center Agent applications, focusing on strategic innovation and enhancing customer interactions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Call Center product development.

• Detail-oriented and process-driven.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration and prioritization skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
