Product Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Product Operations Manager, you will join the ProdOps Team, working to scale and optimize the effectiveness of Anthropic’s Product organization.

In Short

• Design and implement scalable operational frameworks across the product lifecycle.
• Build and maintain systems for capturing market intelligence.
• Partner with Product teams to develop and optimize planning processes.
• Create and execute beta and early access playbooks for successful product releases.
• Establish mechanisms for measuring product success and impact.
• Drive operational excellence by identifying bottlenecks and streamlining workflows.
• Facilitate effective collaboration between Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Lead strategic initiatives to improve product development processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management or similar roles.
• Track record of building and scaling operational systems.
• Experience implementing end-to-end product processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills with experience balancing multiple workstreams.
• Strong systems thinking to identify operational inefficiencies.
• Passion for using technology safely and beneficially.
