Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading high-performing teams.
• Experience in building service strategy for SaaS products.
• Strong results orientation and data utilization skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Self-starter with problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptable and resilient to changing business needs.
• Deep empathy for small business customers.
• Nice-to-have: Experience with service design or change management.
