In Short

• Define, implement, and optimize processes to streamline product development lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvements in engagement models between product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive product rollout plans and manage their implementation.
• Track and analyze core business metrics related to product performance.
• Lead and manage Beta programs for hardware testing.
• Coordinate with key partners across the company for new product launches.
• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders from sales, marketing, and engineering teams.
• Identify and advocate for key business insights to inform product enhancements.
• Ensure rigorous testing protocols and effective feedback loops with customers.
• Be a key voice in one of the most exciting companies in the transportation industry.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a program manager within Product, Sales, or Marketing organizations.
• Experience in managing product operations with a strong emphasis on hardware.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• A dedicated team player who excels at enabling others to perform at their best.
• A passion for engaging with and learning from customers.
• A self-starter with a high level of motivation to exceed expectations.
• Expertise in data analysis and manipulation using SQL or other tools.
• Proven experience in driving projects end-to-end and fostering collaboration.
• Experience working effectively with remote or offshore teams.
