Product Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

Guesty is seeking an excellent and dynamic Product Operations Manager to help us continue building and delivering the best product to Guesty’s clients at scale.

In Short

• Manage and orchestrate Guesty’s Product Education and the Guesty Guilds.
• Prepare materials for strategic planning and executive reviews.
• Create and maintain templates, workflows, and frameworks for product planning.
• Streamline cross-functional collaboration.
• Build and improve dashboards and reports for product performance.
• Analyze trends to inform strategic planning and product roadmaps.
• Organize and facilitate forums for alignment.
• Manage organizational product knowledge base.
• Own day-to-day operations around in-app communications tool.
• Manage vendor relationships for product enablement suppliers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Operations / Project Management experience.
• Experience in orchestrating product planning cycles.
• Solid analytical skills and proficiency with data analytical tools.
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Quick and self-learner, self-organized.
• JIRA proficiency.
• Excellent leadership and personal skills.
• Very high verbal and written English; Hebrew is a plus.
