UI & UX Designer - Remote

This role is within Rentals United, part of the Guesty ecosystem, focusing on optimizing the user experience for hospitality businesses through innovative design solutions.

In Short

• Integrate into the RU Product team to enhance the Rentals United platform's user experience.
• Support the creation and implementation of the UX strategy, adhering to the Design System.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to develop user flow designs from user stories.
• Create detailed screens and clickable prototypes for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user interviews to validate designs and identify user-related issues.
• Partner with development teams for solution formulation.
• Approve work items from a UX/UI perspective.
• Share insights on design trends and market changes.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of UI and UX design principles.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Proficient in Figma and maintaining a Design System.
• Ability to deliver value incrementally and prioritize customer needs.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, adept at remote work.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Passionate about creating exceptional user experiences.
• Ownership mentality and results-driven.
