In Short

• Lead successful delivery of onboarding and implementation projects for strategic and enterprise customers.
• Own the full project lifecycle from SOW sign-off to post-onboarding handoff.
• Align internal stakeholders across various teams to ensure deliverables are met.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates and client communication.
• Implement and maintain project governance standards.
• Proactively identify and manage project risks and roadblocks.
• Monitor and report project performance against key metrics.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in project management or implementation roles.
• Proven experience managing strategic or enterprise-level customers.
• Skilled in managing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand software configuration and APIs.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach.
• Familiarity with the Property Management Software (PMS) industry is a plus.
