Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager plays a critical role in supporting branch and account leadership through project planning, financial coordination, and client relationship management. This role ensures all assigned projects—especially those involving communication with mobile and Securitas Technology—are executed efficiently and in alignment with client expectations.

In Short

• Coordinate and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources across multiple accounts.
• Oversee service implementation for mobile solutions and Securitas Technology deployments.
• Track and manage operational metrics and compliance across assigned client locations.
• Serve as primary contact for client updates and service reviews.
• Manage accounts payable, billing, and invoicing processes.
• Monitor budgets and track project costs.
• Participate in cross-functional projects involving Securitas Technology.
• Conduct routine site inspections and audits.
• Respond to emergencies or incident escalations.
• Assist with resolving personnel issues as necessary.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience in security, business operations, or project management.
• Reliable transportation and communication access.
• Able to pass background check and meet licensing requirements.
• Finance and/or IT background strongly preferred.
• Experience with billing systems or ERP tools.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
