Overview

The Compensation Programs Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and administering compensation programs that align with organizational goals, focusing on merit and bonus cycles and mobility plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • CCP certification preferred.
  • 7+ years of compensation experience.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in global or matrixed organizations preferred.
