Overview

The Compensation Manager is responsible for administering the Compensation aspect of Total Rewards, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategies while managing the adherence to the organization's compensation philosophy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in Compensation or related discipline.
• CCP, PHR, or SHRM-CP preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of compensation practices.
• Strong analytical skills in compensation data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in developing compensation programs.
