Overview

As Vanta’s Compensation Manager, you’ll provide critical analytical and operational support to our Director of Compensation, ensuring that Vanta’s compensation processes run smoothly while building a scalable foundation for the future.

In Short

• Partner with the Director of Compensation on salary and equity reviews.
• Collaborate with Finance on budgeting and headcount planning.
• Build equity burn models to manage dilution and costs.
• Manage compensation systems like Pave and Carta.
• Conduct data analysis to support compensation decisions.
• Improve daily compensation operations for scalability.
• Support the implementation of new tools and reporting capabilities.
• Build dashboards for people analytics insights.
• Assist with compensation audits and compliance initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in compensation or people analytics.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Familiarity with compensation survey data.
• Experience managing compensation and equity platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfort with confidential data.
• Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Prior experience in high-growth environments is helpful.
