The Manager, Compensation will play a key role in supporting the implementation and management of the Americas Region compensation programs at IHG Hotel & Resorts. In this role, you contribute to the design, and development of innovative competitive, and cost-effective reward programs that will enable IHG Hotel & Resorts to attract, retain, and motivate colleagues. It will serve as a consultative partner to HR and business leaders, providing expertise and guidance on compensation matters, including competitive compensation programs, market pricing & analyses, salary structure, job evaluations, FLSA classifications, etc. Additionally, this role will support the Reward team to administer compensation programs, projects, and initiatives to align with both reward and business strategies and objectives. This role requires strong knowledge of compensation concepts and methodologies, a solution-oriented mindset, strong collaboration, and advance analytical and presentation skills.
