Overview

As the Vice President of Enterprise Risk, you will act as the primary contact for enterprise risk across the organization, establishing the vision, strategy, and priorities for governance, risk, and control expertise.

• Develop and embed IHG’s capability to identify, assess, and profile risks and controls.
• Coordinate and structure integrated reporting on governance, risk, and control.
• Direct the Group’s Global Business Continuity Strategy.
• Oversee the portfolio of material controls related to principal risks.
• Coordinate a centralized fraud risk management capability.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Risk, Governance, Control, and Resilience.
• Experience working within a large and complex global organization.
• Exceptional ability to operate and communicate effectively to Board level.
• Ability to articulate and collaborate to deliver a transformational vision.
