Overview

The Regional PIP and Project Manager will co-manage Property Improvement Plan (PIP) and conversion projects for IHG brand hotels, ensuring compliance with brand standards and timely completion of renovation projects.

• Co-manage PIP and conversion projects for IHG hotels.

• Conduct design and renovation assessments for hotels.

• Lead and mentor less experienced staff.
• Develop construction schedules and review site plans.
• Negotiate PIP issues with franchisees and owners.

• Provide technical guidance on design and construction.
• Perform inspections and lead compliance enforcement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Design, or relevant field.
• 5 to 7+ years of experience in design/architecture.
• Project Management skills and experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of brand standards and ADA requirements.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
• Current knowledge of construction trends and codes.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Understanding of national building codes and life safety codes.
