Overview

Angi is looking for a Compensation Manager to join our People Ops team. This role will lead Compensation and Equity, focusing on strategic compensation initiatives, planning cycles, and providing leadership and guidance to our Equity Analyst.

In Short

  • Lead the development and execution of compensation strategies and planning cycles.
  • Oversee data management and integrity for the compensation team.
  • Support ongoing reporting and dashboarding for the broader People team.
  • Participate in the ongoing development and administration of compensation programs.
  • Lead efforts to evolve compensation structures and audit processes.
  • Manage the daily administration of equity compensation plans.
  • Tackle projects that improve compensation data accuracy and process efficiency.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to the newly hired Equity Analyst.
  • Work closely with HRBPs to support and advise business leaders.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of compensation experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, or equivalent.
  • Strong cross-functional partnership skills.
  • Strong data management and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with equity administration tools preferred.
  • Knowledge of securities laws and tax regulations related to equity compensation.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong communication skills.
