Compensation Manager - Remote

Overview

The Compensation Manager will be a partner in the evolution of ezCater’s Compensation philosophy and programs, managing processes and organizational preparedness efforts.

In Short

• Manage design and administration of compensation programs.
• Assess current compensation strategy and recommend improvements.
• Maintain internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Partner with Talent Leaders for benchmarking and guidance.
• Consult on compensation reviews and recommendations.
• Monitor equity burn rate and prepare reports.
• Build and optimize compensation database technologies.
• Conduct training and create resources for compensation courses.
• Collaborate with various departments for compensation matters.
• Lead annual Pay Equity Analysis process.

Requirements

• 6-8 years in an analytical position, 4+ years in compensation.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Experience managing compensation programs in various organizations.
• Ability to anticipate needs and offer strategic solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with CompTool/Pequity and Carta preferred.
• CCP certification is a plus.
