In Short

• Develop and maintain a People Compliance roadmap.
• Support preparation and submission of federal employment reports.
• Monitor federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Build and maintain SOPs and documentation for compliance.
• Establish a central repository for people-related policies.
• Define and track attestations and acknowledgements.
• Ensure core people systems align with policy and compliance.
• Partner with HRIS and IT/Security for data controls.
• Design and maintain an auditing cadence across people systems.
• Serve as a first-line escalation point for compliance issues.

Requirements

• 6+ years experience in a people compliance function.
• Strong proficiency of U.S. employment laws and regulatory frameworks.
• Track record of designing and conducting audits.
• Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and people-related platforms.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into scalable processes.
• Strategic mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret compliance data.
• Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter.
