Compliance Lead - Remote

Overview

The Compliance Lead will ensure quality, information security, and environmental compliance across all Resillion locations globally, managing compliance tasks to maintain certifications and accreditations.

In Short

• Ensure maintenance and improvement of quality and information security management systems.
• Draft and review documented policies and procedures.
• Plan and conduct internal audits for certifications.
• Investigate non-conforming work and initiate corrective actions.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, and SOC for security improvements.
• Prepare performance reports for management.
• Organize management review and supplier assessments.
• Proactively identify work to be done.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, or relevant disciplines.
• Certified internal auditor on ISO27001 or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience with ISO9001 and ISO27001.
• Knowledge in ESG preferred.
• Competent with MS Office suite, especially Sharepoint and Power BI.
• High level of spoken and written English.
• Valid work permit for India required.
