Overview

Inscribe is seeking an experienced and proactive GRC Compliance Lead to ensure security, compliance, and operational strength across its business operations, particularly in AI risk teams.

In Short

• Lead company-wide compliance programs such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with legal, security, and engineering teams for compliance readiness.
• Design and manage risk assessments and vendor evaluations.
• Create and maintain compliance documentation and training materials.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update policies accordingly.
• Manage endpoint security and device lifecycle.
• Oversee employee onboarding and access requests from a security perspective.

Requirements

• 5+ years in compliance and risk in a tech environment.
• Deep knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
• Hands-on experience in IT administration in a remote SaaS environment.
• Ability to communicate compliance in practical terms.
• Strong project management skills.
• Self-starter in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.
• Certifications like CISA, CISM, or CISSP preferred.
