Theoria Medical is seeking a dynamic Compliance Lead to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies while leading a team of compliance professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or related field; compliance certifications preferred.
• 7+ years of compliance experience in a relevant industry.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Punctuality and adherence to Time and Attendance policy.
• Ability to remain seated for the majority of the shift.
