Full-Time Senior Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Operations Manager will lead the implementation, optimization, and ongoing operational ownership of key enterprise systems while partnering with Theoria’s executive team.

In Short

• Lead operations for critical enterprise systems including Greenhouse, PayCom, and Salesforce.
• Drive system implementations and enhancements in partnership with various teams.
• Produce executive-level reporting to support decision-making.
• Manage multiple initiatives across recruiting, operations, sales, and technology.
• Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and data quality enhancements.
• Work closely with executive leadership and translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience in healthcare or high-growth environments preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills required.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or systems implementation.
• Strong experience with enterprise systems (HRIS, CRM, workforce management).
• Ability to work directly with executives.
• High analytical aptitude and strong Excel skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments.
• Healthcare or services experience preferred.
