Senior Manager, Operations - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an expert, forward-thinking, focused, analytical, and motivated manufacturing manager to take full ownership of our Interconnect Factory production team.

In Short

• Manage a team of operations professionals in a manufacturing environment.
• Drive continuous improvement across partner manufacturing plants in Thailand.
• Monitor production of transceivers at Contract Manufacturer sites.
• Ensure production readiness to support Nvidia build requirements.
• Analyze production lines and processes for optimization.
• Develop and maintain operational KPIs and tools.
• Implement AI-driven solutions for production tracking.
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations, R&D, and NPI teams.
• Travel as needed for business.
• Fluent communication in English required.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 6+ years of managerial experience.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple functions.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Thai is a plus.
• Experience in AI or automation tools is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
