Senior Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for driving process and system improvements centrally for our operations organization, focusing on enhancing customer experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in Operations, Customer Experience, or Business Operations in a high growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on mentality to resolve problems quickly while maintaining a long-term vision.
• Prior experience in driving projects and process improvements.
• Ability to break down ambiguous problems into manageable components.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical flaws for data and infrastructure hygiene.
• Demonstrated technical skills with systems and custom report/dashboard building, including SQL.
• Understanding of SaaS business operations and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical requirements to stakeholders.
• Experience with software tools like Looker, JIRA, Snowflake, and Zapier.
