Senior Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Operations Manager will oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in Military Health programs and projects.

In Short

• Part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week.
• Responsible for strategic planning and policy development.
• Manage resources including personnel and materials.
• Create budgets and conduct market research for proposals.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for performance tracking.
• Lead, train, and supervise operational staff.
• Address and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure processes contribute to customer satisfaction.
• Analyze current processes for efficiency improvements.
• Develop business strategies to achieve targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in business operations.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic planning and KPI tracking.
• Experience managing a Human Performance program.
• Understanding of Military Health strategic goals.
• Effective people management skills.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.
