  • Ability to adapt and work collaboratively in teams.
  • Understanding of compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Familiarity with Medicare processes and guidelines.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Experience with quality evaluations using QA scorecards.
