The Call Center Senior Quality Analyst will support contact center leadership by leveraging extensive experience in customer service, quality assurance, and data analysis to enhance the customer experience and drive continual improvement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of contact center experience.
  • 5+ years of quality program development experience.
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience managing teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge of contact recording systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
