  • Strong understanding of data analytics and communications.
  • Excellent leadership and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to identify operational efficiencies.
  • Professional project management certification preferred.
  • Expertise in developing standard operating procedures.
  • Training in change management methodologies preferred.
