Overview

ICF is seeking a Salesforce Developer to support an enterprise Salesforce services environment for a federal health client, focusing on hands-on development and integration support.

In Short

• Design, develop, configure, test, and maintain Salesforce applications.
• Support Salesforce integrations with enterprise shared services and external systems.
• Participate in Agile delivery activities including sprint planning and reviews.
• Assist with release support activities and defect management.
• Maintain clear technical documentation and updates in tools like Jira.
• Support continuous improvement of Salesforce development practices.
• Work within formal change control and security expectations.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders.
• Help build secure, scalable Salesforce capabilities.
• Must have the ability to obtain federal public trust clearance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• US residency for 3 of the last 5 years.
• Experience in Agile environments using tools like Jira.
• Preferred Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
• Experience with Salesforce security and compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting integrations using REST APIs.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps and CI/CD processes.
• Experience working with QA teams on testing and defect remediation.
