Senior UI/UX Designer - Remote

Overview

We seek a talented UI/UX Designer to join a growing team of designers, researchers, and writers supporting clients in federal government. Through our work building and modernizing enterprise software applications, you will have the opportunity to design products that are simple, intuitive, and satisfying that ultimately help the federal government work better and deliver better services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of professional UX design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating design process and deliverables.
• Must reside in the US and be authorized to work in the US.
• Eligibility for public trust clearance required.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.0 Level AA / Section 508 compliance preferred.
• Experience in federal contracting or healthcare IT preferred.
• Strong communication skills necessary.
• Ability to work with a diverse remote team.
• Experience with design systems and industry patterns.
