Overview

We are looking for a Compliance Team Lead on a 12 month FTCs to join our team. In this role you will be leading a team of experts, to deliver product information reviews and advice to one or more clients.

• Experience in compliance and regulatory issues.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of income generation.
• Experience in performance monitoring and feedback.
• Technical expertise relevant to the subject matter.
• Ability to identify and communicate training needs.
• Experience in advisory services is a plus.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to escalate issues.
