Overview

The role involves leading a team of Compliance Delivery Managers to deliver product information reviews and advice to clients, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.

In Short

• Manage one or more client accounts.
• Line management of Team Leads or Compliance Delivery Managers.
• Support delivery of services to clients.
• Facilitate clear guidance to clients and manage expectations.
• Ensure delivery meets agreed expectations.
• Resolve or escalate issues with resourcing and workload.
• Act as first point of contact for escalation matters.
• Deputize for Technical Controller or Head of Compliance Delivery as needed.
• Monitor quality of team’s work and flag issues.
• Identify training needs and improve ways of working.

Requirements

• Experience in team management and client relations.
• Strong understanding of product information and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of income generation.
• Experience in quality assurance processes.
• Ability to provide accurate and timely feedback.
• Technical expertise relevant to the client or subject matter area.
