Team Manager - Remote

Overview

You’ll be joining an award winning contact centre to lead a team of telephone based consultants to achieve and exceed performance targets whilst understanding and supporting their development and wellbeing.

In Short

• Understand the development needs of our consultants and support them through effective coaching and guidance.
• Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance through regular feedback, 1-2-1s, and monthly review meetings.
• Identify trends in individual, team, and department performance and implement opportunities to improve.
• Use data to produce action and development plans.
• Partner with the support team managers to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.

Requirements

• Able to inspire, lead, and motivate a team to achieve targets.
• Experienced in managing a team to achieve high standards.
• Experienced in setting objectives, delivering feedback, and supporting development plans.
• Experienced in people process and policies.
• Confident enough to challenge current ways of working.
• Open to change and can manage others through change.
