Overview

As a Sales Manager at Simply Business, you will be responsible for leading the sales team to achieve performance targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience leading sales teams in a performance-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of exceeding KPIs through data-driven action plans.
  • 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in commercial lines.
  • Property & Casualty license required.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Experience leading remote and hybrid teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and analyze sales trends.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
