• Manage and track the performance of team members, evaluating service quality, and taking corrective actions when necessary.
• Engage in new discussions to conduct business development, expanding the customer portfolio and existing team.
• Maintaining communication with current customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Consistently achieve sales targets and drive continuous growth.
• Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Making plans and preparing reports to reach set/forthcoming KPIs.
• Creating budgets for projects that is in external sourcing business line and monitoring costs.
• Identifying potential risks related to outsourcing processes, evaluating and managing these risks.
• Staying in communication with other departments within the company and ensuring the business strategy aligns with the company's overall goals.
